I picked the photograph by the bedside. It's a picture of the twins and their father's. I didn't take any picture with them because I wanted to get out of the wheel chair first, so it doesn't give me bad memories later on.
I traced the picture with the base of my fingers, caressing their head and their soft bodies. Babies are cute I said to myself as I fell asleep.
I pray that they grow older to appreciate this gift of life they've been given by God.
