If you are dealing with human, they can get it wrong at times, they can say hurtful things, it's our nature.
It's gets better no matter how hard the situation is.
No one is perfect, Don't expect too much.
When you do it long enough, you would find a way out.
Fear, anger, hurt, denial it's all in human nature, accept that you're vulnerable, accept that you're not perfect, when you begin to accept it, the power it has over you reduces.
You are not your fear, your doubt, your anger, your pain, it's intangible. It's not real, but sometimes the intangible things takes control of our lives because we're naturally driven by emotions. It's human nature.
When you have a help to give someone and you don't do it, someone else would do it. In fact they would do it better than you.
When anyone behaves rudely to you, it's not about you , it's about them.
Count your blessings not your sorrows and give thanks to God.
Count people strength, not their weaknesses.
Pride is a form of insecurity, insecurity results from fear.
