I inhaled as deeply as I could
Filling my lungs with air,
I exhaled accordingly
My tensed body finally settled

I repeat a mantra
It sustained my inner peace
I like the tranquility I'm experiencing in my innermost
It's deeply satisfying

I tap into the infinite peace
It splashes all over my being
I believe it's for the best
Because It nourishes my soul

Great day as this, worth the experience
